Venison Liver Pate with Stag's Breath Liqueur

A tasty starter or snack with brown bread or toast

Ingredients
8 oz venison liver
2 oz butter
3 crushed green peppercorns
2 crushed juniper berries
salt and pepper
bay leaf
2 tbsps STAG'S BREATH LIQUEUR

Method
Gently fry liver in butter until firm, add seasonings and flavourings and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat and remove bay leaf. Add Stag's Breath Liqueur and blend until smooth. Turn into serving dish and chill in fridge.
