Delivery and returns


This product can normally only be shipped within the UK.

Most deliveries are sent by Parcel Force.  Larger orders are sent by courier.

For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days.


We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to those ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 days of delivery. We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase.

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. We will refund accepted returns within 30 days of you notifying us about the return.

The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In order to ensure the safety of customers’ financial details Meikles of Scotland Limited use a third party to handle all electronic financial data. Any details we receive ourselves, for example by telephone, we treat responsibly, ensuring that they cannot fall into the wrong hands.


Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards.  Maestro, Solo and Visa Delta, also through your PayPal account.


Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting us know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details.  If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order, or cancel if you prefer.


After processing the order we despatch next day—circumstances permitting—either by Parcelforce or carrier depending on the size of the order.  We ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery.


If you are unhappy with product purchased which are not faulty we will happily refund your money if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.  In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging.  We will make reimbursements within 30 days of your notifying us of your wishes.  Unfortunately, we do not pay for cost of returning unwanted goods. If any products that we sell to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the price of delivery.  If products are faulty or damaged we would expect you to inform us within a reasonable period from their receipt.  Any refunds will be made within 30 days. Returns must be packaged to avoid any possible damage.

We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18.  By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
