20ml Fresh, quality Apple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup
20ml Stag’s Breath Honey Whisky Liqueur
Champagne to the top
Fresh or dried Lemon slices + Rosemary
How to make
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add apple juice, fresh pressed, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, and Whisky Honey Liqueur.
Stir and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne. Garnish with lemon and fresh rosemary.
If we're making for a group of people, we mix everything but the champagne to make the serving line a little quicker!
