We love this cocktail as an aperitif before a meal with friends, especially in the summer months.
Ingredients:
Plenty large Ice cubes
50ml Stag's Breath Liqueur
25ml Aperol
25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
fresh strip of orange peel (try carefully to leave the white pith behind!)
How to make:
Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled glass and stir well until chilled and the ice allows it to slightly dilute. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with the fresh orange. A slice of dried orange works well here too, and we've been known to add a dash of orange bitters too.
