Stag's Breath Whisky Sour
- 50ml Stag's Breath Whisky Liqueur
- 35ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters or Orange bitters
- strip of lemon zest
- Optional - 1/2 an egg white
Shake all of the ingredients (except the lemon zest) well with plenty of ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Squeeze the lemon zest, shiny side down over the drink so the scented oils spray across the surface. Garnish with a slice of dried orange or lemon, and cherries on a skewer.
