- 25ml Stag's Breath Liquor
- 50ml Amrut Single Malt
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml honey
- 1 egg white
- Bar spoon of chilli flakes
- Cracked Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Pour into glasses and top with Fevertree Lemon Tonic
- Garnish with cracked black pepper
