Many may think that our gently spiced liqueur is only suited to making your favourite sweet treats, but our famed ‘Stag’s Breath Trout’ and ‘Scottish Fillet of Wild Venison Poached in Stag’s Breath’ will quickly change your mind.  The liqueur’s musty sweetness balances the spicy notes of The Speyside whisky and help with the caramelisation of your favourite meat dishes.
Meanwhile, all those aromatics add to the complexity of the dish.
